Thief steals Christmas tree from London care home

A heartless thief has been caught stealing a Christmas tree from a London care home.

The woman pictured above entered the sheltered housing development in Camberwell and pretended she was there visiting someone. After a short stay in the home she casually picked up the tree and walked out of the building.

The tree was the only one in the building and was donated by a member of staff to help cheer up the vulnerable adults who seek refuge there.
